The 33rd Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival (HSDFF) is coming and Arkansas PBS will be there supporting local and emerging filmmakers. Arkansas PBS is a resource and outlet for independent filmmakers in the state and wants to help encourage the art of storytelling and the production of nonfiction film by participating in the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival from Oct. 20 through 23.

Arkansas PBS is excited to announce the launch of Create TV in HD beginning Aug. 1 at approximately 11 a.m. on over-the-air signals for everyone who watches with an antenna, as well as select cable systems. For those watching with an antenna, Create TV is found on the -2 channel. Cable channels for Create TV are available at myarpbs.org/waystowatch.

Aside from the main Arkansas PBS channel, Create TV is the most popular, with shows ranging from cooking, crafts and sewing to a variety of travel and home improvement shows.

New Member Challenge UPDATE

Our Challenge
Arkansas PBS has been issued a challenge to gain 2,500 new members by June 30 in order to receive a challenge fund of $45,000 provided by current donors from the network’s Ambassadors Circle. With only a few days remaining, the network is still 600 new members short of the goal.
