Arkansas PBS has several exciting live events coming to your screens this September. From key figures in football to live music. Through our community events initiative Arkansas Live viewers get a front-row seat to some of the most educational and entertaining events across the state.
Little Rock Touchdown Club
Arkansas PBS is now the livestreaming provider for the Little Rock Touchdown Club, giving viewers statewide a coveted front-row seat to talks by NFL Hall of Famers, veteran coaches, sports analysts and other noted figures from the sports world.
September’s lineup will include:
- Monday, Sept. 9 – Eric Dickerson, NFL Hall of Famer.
- Monday, Sept. 16 – Hunter Yurachek, University of Arkansas Director of Athletics.
- Monday, Sept. 23 – Jimbo Fisher, NCAA Football National Championship-winning coach.
- Monday, Sept. 30 – Greg McElroy, former University of Alabama quarterback and current ESPN analyst.
Each event starts at 11:30 a.m.
Crystal Bridges Van Cliburn Concert: Alessio Bax/Lucille Chung
Thursday, Sept. 5, at 7 p.m.
The grand finale of the Van Cliburn Concert Series will feature an evening with the Bax-Chung Duo, comprised of the virtuoso pianists Alessio Bax and Lucille Chung. In this exquisite four-hand performance, viewers will witness the profound synergy that has captivated audiences worldwide, creating an unforgettable musical experience. With their remarkable talent and unparalleled chemistry, Bax and Chung promise to transport viewers to a realm of harmonious wonder with the flawless tones of the iconic Van Cliburn Piano.
