A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Corporate Sponsors – And Building New Partnerships in 2024

Aaron Utley, Corporate Relations Officer, Arkansas PBS Foundation

As we kick off the new year, it is a time of reflection and gratitude for all those who supported us in 2023, and anticipation for what the future holds. For Arkansas PBS and the Arkansas PBS Foundation, 2023 was a remarkable year – filled with challenges, triumphs, and tremendous generosity from our community. Our corporate sponsors have played a pivotal role in helping us fulfill our mission and expand our reach. As Corporate Relations Officer for the Arkansas PBS Foundation, I am both proud and grateful to acknowledge and thank each of our corporate sponsors who joined us this year.

The Impact of Partnering with Arkansas PBS
This year has been transformative, thanks to our corporate sponsors. Their generous support has catalyzed the launch of several captivating, locally-produced series that resonate with families across every corner of Arkansas. Our programming expansion is a blend of learning and entertainment crafted to engage and delight audiences of all ages. Notable additions include our acclaimed national series "Southern Storytellers" and a variety of local gems like "Mystery League," "Celebrating Arkansas" and "Arkansas Treasures." We're also proud to continue popular series like "Arkansas Week" and bring excitement through "AR PBS Sports" broadcasts, covering high school state championships in multiple sports. Our diverse content slate truly offers something special for everyone, reflecting the spirit of our communities!

Strengthening Community Connections
Our sponsors have been pivotal in enhancing our outreach. From the award-winning Family Day events in Central and Northwest Arkansas to partnerships with The Jones Center in Springdale, we're actively bringing joy and learning to families. Initiatives like the Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Sweater Drive – conducted in collaboration with local businesses, schools and libraries – exemplify our commitment to community service. Moreover, exclusive screenings of new programs offer Arkansans an early glimpse into our exciting content. Our presence in local farmers markets and community gatherings underlines one of our core values: We are where you are!

Innovative Broadcasting Milestones
Investing in cutting-edge broadcasting technology has been a game changer. With our sponsors' backing, we've significantly upgraded our broadcasting capabilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content across Arkansas. These technological advances enhance viewer experience and expand our reach further than ever, bringing Arkansas PBS into more homes and lives across the state.
