There’s a lot going on this holiday season at Arkansas PBS! We’ve compiled a list of Arkansas made local programs to get you in the spirit as well as those traditional holiday favorites we have all come to love.
ARKANSAS MADE
Our fall episode of “Celebrating Arkansas: Holiday Traditions” is available for on-demand viewing for anyone wanting to learn more about the fall holidays in the Natural State. From Diwali to Halloween and Thanksgiving, there’s a wide variety of traditions for viewers to discover and enjoy.
Monday, Dec. 4 is the premiere of our “Celebrating Arkansas: Holiday Traditions” winter episode, which will feature a wide variety of winter holidays that are observed throughout the state. Get into the spirit of Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year’s Day and anything else you like to celebrate as host Mario Luna walks you through a fun-filled winter in Arkansas. The episode will air at 7 p.m.
Please join us Thursday, Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. for a holiday showing of P. Allen Smith’s “Garden Home Christmas” an hour of fun for the whole family!
