“Election 2022: Arkansas PBS Debates”

Before you vote this fall, make sure that you know your candidates and their stances on the issues that matter to you! “Election 2022: Arkansas PBS Debates” will feature candidates in nine races, including U.S. Congressional Districts 1,2, 3 and 4, U.S. Senate, Arkansas secretary of state, Arkansas attorney general, Arkansas lieutenant governor, and Arkansas governor. “Election 2022: Arkansas PBS Debates” will livestream on Arkansas PBS broadcasts and youtube.com/ArkansasPBS Oct. 17-21; the debates will also rebroadcast in primetime.

The following candidates have committed to participating in Arkansas PBS’s debates:

All debates will be held at the Donald W. Reynolds Performance Hall on the University of Central Arkansas campus in Conway. Debates are free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, and doors will open one hour prior to debate times. The debates will livestream and air at the following times:

Monday, Oct. 17:
U.S. Congressional District 4 live broadcast and livestreaming at 10 a.m.
U.S. Congressional District 3 live broadcast and livestreaming at 1 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 18:
Lieutenant Governor: live broadcast and livestreaming at 10 a.m.
Secretary of State: live broadcast and livestreaming at 2 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 19:
Attorney General: live broadcast and livestreaming at 10 a.m.
Thursday, Oct. 20:
U.S. Congressional District 1: live broadcast and livestreaming at 10 a.m.
U.S. Congressional District 2: live broadcast and livestreaming at 2 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 21:
Governor: live broadcast and livestreaming at 10 a.m.
U.S. Senate: live broadcast and livestreaming at 1 p.m.

The debates will rebroadcast during primetime at the following times:

    U.S. Congressional District 4: 7 p.m.
    U.S. Congressional District 3: 8 p.m.
    Tuesday, Oct. 18:
    Lieutenant Governor: 7 p.m.
    Secretary of State: 8 p.m.
    Wednesday, Oct. 19:
    Attorney General: 7 p.m.
    Secretary of State: 8 p.m.
    Thursday, Oct. 20:
    U.S. Congressional District 1: 7 p.m.
    U.S. Congressional District 2: 8 p.m.
    Friday, Oct. 21:
    Governor: 7 p.m.
    U.S. Senate: 8 p.m.

Debates will rebroadcast in their entirety Sunday, Nov. 6, beginning at 9 a.m. All debates will also be available for on-demand viewing after broadcast on our YouTube channel and in the FREE PBS Video App.
