AR PBS Sports - Basketball

Twenty-four schools are hungry for a state championship, and AR PBS Sports, in partnership with the Arkansas Activities Association, is ready to bring the high school basketball state championship games into your home! We’re presenting the state finals LIVE from Bank OZK Arena in Hot Springs so families and fans across Arkansas can join in the celebration from the comfort of home, whether on TV, at myarpbs.org/watchsports or in the PBS App.

The current schedule of the Arkansas high school state finals, which will air live on AR PBS Sports, will feature the following Class 1A through 6A games:

  • 3A girls – Bergman vs. Salem - Thursday, March 7, at noon.
  • 3A boys – Bergman vs. Central Arkansas Christian - Thursday, March 7, at 1:45 p.m.
  • 4A girls – Farmington vs. Morrilton - Thursday, March 7, at 6 p.m.
  • 4A boys – Farmington vs. Little Rock Christian - Thursday, March 7, at 7:45 p.m.
  • 5A girls – Greenwood vs. Vilonia - Friday, March 8, at noon.
  • 5A boys – Benton vs. Pine Bluff - Friday, March 8, at 1:45 p.m.
  • 6A girls – Little Rock Central vs. Conway - Friday, March 8, at 6 p.m.
  • 6A boys – Little Rock Central vs. Bryant - Friday, March 8, at 7:45 p.m.
  • 1A girls – Mammoth Spring vs. Norfork - Saturday, March 9, at 11:30 a.m.
  • 1A boys – Nevada vs. Marked Tree - Saturday, March 9, at 1:15 p.m.
  • 2A girlsMt. Vernon-Enola vs. Mansfield - Saturday, March 9, at 6 p.m.
  • 2A boysEast Poinsett County vs. Marshall - Saturday, March 9, at 7:45 p.m.

You’ll be able to watch with us on our primary channel, AR PBS-1, over-the-air, on cable and on satellite. “AR PBS Sports” is the home for high school state championships in Arkansas and recognizes the vital role high school activities play in the education and development of young adults while connecting families statewide by featuring hometown athletes competing in the biggest games of the season. In partnership with the Arkansas Activities Association, Arkansas PBS presents high school championship activities for football (including 8-man), basketball, baseball, softball and volleyball for classifications 7A-1A. In addition to creating viewing opportunities for those who may not be able to attend the games, AR PBS Sports enables talented young athletes to connect with college recruiters and potential scholarships.
